Juniper – the designer flowers, gifts & handcraft gallery in Wellington needed a shot to advertise a ‘celebration of every day’ and to illustrate what their shop is all about. This morning I worked alongside Owner/Operator Mindy and her gorgeous model Sam to create these advertorial images. The set up was quite challenging what with having many different components to the scene itself and having to light this to create a natural looking environment. But having achieved this we got a large number of great images and poor Mindy will have trouble now only selecting one for print. The shoot was a lot of fun and I think we definitely captured the feel of a summer celebration, which inspires me to get out and enjoy the sun today while it lasts.
