Back to Reality

Well I’m now back from Rarotonga and straight back into more weddings.  Rarotonga was just the summer holiday I needed, getting in my fair dose of sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and not to mention the heat.  Raro was nothing but relaxation and hanging out on Muri beach was just bliss.  Ruth and Martin’s wedding took place right outside their Resort (The Pacific Resort) on the beach and it was a lovely intimate affair.  Both Ruth and Martin looked the part – Ruth adorned with the island’s frangapani flowers in her hair and bouquet and Martin in Jandals sporting a casual shirt and pants.  Raro really is stunning – beautiful golden soft sand, clear blue water, coconuts and coconut trees lining the beach front.  The locals are all very friendly and helpful and the resorts are well geared up for weddings and purely to be of service you.  It definitely is the most beautiful and romantic setting for a wedding and if beaches are your thing, then Raro is the ultimate setting for a relaxing, stress free, casual wedding.  It was great to be able to spend lots of time socialising with Ruth and Martin and their guests before, during and after the wedding over the 5 days I was there.  I would definitely love to return there and hope I get the opportunity to photograph more weddings over there soon.

Erin – stunning photos! Thank you :) We love them.

You really captured the feelings from the day in the photos.

You have been an absolute pleasure to work with from the outset. I couldn’t have asked for a better photographer really. I recommend you for destination weddings.

    Regards, Ruth
