Clare & Jon are another couple who have come all the way back from Sydney to get married here in their home town. They were married at St Mary of the Angel’s church and went on to have their bridal photos around Wellington’s typical iconic cityscape, finishing with their reception at Icon, Te Papa. Starting out with photos at the Parliament buildings, we then walked over civic square having photos along the way. This included backdrops of architecture, cityscape, waterfront etc, I think we pretty much had Wellington covered. It was interesting making our way through the homegrown concert goer’s crowds, getting a number of onlookers who couldn’t help but make comments…some nice and unfortunately some not so nice! Everyone did really well to block out the unwanted audience and focus on getting some great shots.
