Another touch and go day on Saturday, as far as the weather was concerned, for Rachel and Jason’s pre-Christmas beach wedding at Waikanae Beach. Luckily the rain didn’t set in until everyone was settled indoors at the reception later in the day, so they were able to have their beach wedding as planned. Waikanae Beach has a lot of meaning for both Rachel and Jason so it was bitter sweet for them to be able to get married and have their photos on the beach. Even if it meant having to brave the elements (especially the wind and chill factor) in which they and their bridal party still managed to make the most of and have fun in the process.
Thanks for the opportunity to view these photos. What a beauty you are Rachel – it’s great to see you both enjoying your special day in such a special place. If these photos are an indication of what is to come I can’t wait to see the rest.
