Portrait, Couple & Engagement Sessions

My portrait sessions aim to create not just something that looks good but also moments that feel good for all the people involved. Portrait sessions are fun and focus on capturing your interactions together through a natural and playful manner.  Sessions normally take place in a natural or urban outdoor location, something which suits your style, and the best time for this is later in the day to take advantage of the soft golden light.

Head shot sessions for model portfolio’s, website’s or other general marketing materials are available also for private clients or corporate offices.

I believe having an engagement photography session is important for several reasons. First, this time allows you, as a couple, to get comfortable in front of the camera with me, your photographer, and figure out how you work best together before the main event. Next, you can showcase your personalities in a more casual setting, while creating some fun, memorable images for wall portraits, your wedding guest book and {shot early enough}, I can also provide the images for your save the date cards and invitations!. Engagement portraits also adds another dimension to your wedding album, chronicling your story from frolicking fiancees to husband and wife. Best of all, you can remember this special time forever with personal memories of just the two of you, away from the throngs of loved ones and friends.

Remember it’s all about getting out what you put in. Achieving your ‘dream’ images means working together, it’s a combined effort to make things come together and go off without a hitch and this is where your engagement shoot will really help.  As your Photographer I am such a big part of your wedding day and it’s so important that you can relax and have trust in what I am producing. This illustrates the importance in us developing a relationship together in which you both feel comfortable and at ease interacting with me.

For engagement sessions please allow approximately 3 months in advance of your wedding day for the optimal use and enjoyment of and from your images.  Engagement sessions are included if you choose to book your wedding photography with me, display products are purchased from an a la carte menu.

Not yet engaged to be married? You can still book a session to capture the two of you together to cherish your time as a couple. Whether this be to remember a certain day or event, to document a special time in your lives, or even a new pregnancy we can create some special memories together.

Portrait sessions including families, couples, and singles are $350 and include a $100 print voucher to put toward your product investment.
